What is the Digital Health and Wellbeing Program?
The Digital Health and Wellbeing Program is an easy-to-use online space that keeps our members virtually connected with their community.
We offer our members the opportunity to relax, have fun and be active in mind and body. Access to the online classes is enjoyed with other members in real time.
About the Digital Health and Wellbeing Classes
Take some time out for yourself and join our mindful Chair Yoga Classes. Feel the joy of movement and rhythm during our Modified Dance sessions. Participate in fun and interactive singing lessons.
If you cannot choose just one, sign up for all three! Although advice from Sane Australia is to start slowly. You are more likely to develop positive habits like exercise when you change one thing at a time.
Is there support available?
The Digital Health and Wellbeing Program is easy to use but we are here for you through every step of the way. Our friendly Program Officer will provide all the guidance and training you need to start enjoying the classes.
All you need is access to a computer, tablet, or smart phone and the internet.
