We are excited to announce that our Digital Health & Wellbeing Program resumes from Tuesday 2nd February, with all our member favourites returning to the schedule.
These are challenging times for many us and especially for those in our AWW NSW regional community.
While some of our usual social and physical activities may be a little limited, there are ways to stay active and connected at home.
Take some time out for you and join our mindful Chair Yoga sessions.
If you cannot choose just one, you can sign up for all three! Although advice from Sane Australia is to start slowly. You are more likely to develop positive habits like exercise when you change one thing at a time.
Your health and wellbeing is important to us. We are pleased to announce that all classes are FREE to AWW NSW members, all you need is access to a computer, tablet, or smart phone and the internet. If you do not have access to any of these, maybe borrow one from a family member, friend, or neighbour!
